Due to the current situation in our country express delivery isn’t possible yet. Standard delivery takes around 10-14 days. Express delivery takes up to 10 days. Our production time is 1-2 weeks now. As soon as the situation stabilizes we will update the info and let you know new about the new terms. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

– We sew and ship orders within 1-2 weeks.
– We will let you know when your package is on the way.

The responsibility for delays, loss of the parcel lies on the postal provider.

We use standard shipping with tracking number:

$18 – for men’s robes, jumpsuits
$15 – for men’s cardigans, women’s robes, kimonos, hoodies
$ 8 – for men’s, women’s pants, shorts, t-shirts, shirts, tops, hoodies, skirts, dresses and bags
Free shipping for orders with 3 or more items.

All packages sending via Ukrpost, our country’s registered mail.

If you buy wholesale order, shipping cost may vary, it depends on the weight of the parcel.

Yes, there is express shipping available at check out via UPS Express.

$28 – for men’s robes, jumpsuits
$21 – for men’s cardigans, women’s robes, kimonos, hoodies
$ 14 – for men’s, women’s pants, shorts, t-shirts, shirts, tops, hoodies, skirts, dresses and bags

UPS – Express usually takes up to 10 days

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards via the WayForPay secure payment system
We accept payments via PayPal
We accept payments via Stripe
We don’t accept bank checks, direct bank transfers and C.O.D.

All prices on our website are in US dollars.
The bank whose card you pay for your order determines the exact exchange rate, but overall this rate is close to the international one.

Sometimes, when using a credit card, your bank may block the payment. This is often due to the bank’s security system flagging international transactions as potentially suspicious.

What to do in this case?

1. Try contacting your bank to unblock the payment.
2. Alternatively, you can choose one of the other payment methods:
   • PayPal: You can use your card through PayPal even without an account.
   • Stripe: Use the Stripe system to pay, choosing Credit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (if supported on your device).
