Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Responsibility for transit delays or parcel loss lies with the postal provider.

Each parcel is securely packed and sent with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey at every step.
To make delivery faster for some of our customers, we also keep a small stock of best-selling items in the USA — these are shipped domestically whenever available.

Whenever available, some orders may also be shipped directly from our small US-based stock for even quicker delivery.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
For U.S. customers, a 10% import tax is currently applied under U.S. customs rules —
however, BlackFicus covers this cost for you, so you don’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
