Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will do our best to resolve the issue in whatever way that works best for both parties.
All items (except for custom-made items and underwear) are returnable for exchange or refund. The items must be returned in the original condition (unwashed) within 30 days after receiving it.
Custom made items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Gift cards, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please always discuss with us first before returning an item. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We don’t refund delivery costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once we’ve got your return, we’ll issue your refund within 1 business week (excluding weekends and public holidays) and drop you an email once this has been done.
We’ll refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items back to your original payment method.
If you’re returning from outside the Ukraine, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in the Ukraine, depending on your location and which postal service you use. As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673. You can exercise this right using our electronic withdrawal button Withdraw contract, available without the need to log in.
Please note: custom-made items remain excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced according to your individual specification (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
This EU withdrawal right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy described above, whichever is more favourable to you.
